Job summary

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning in Detroit and surrounding areas is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, with earning potential of $130,000+ per year based on performance.

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with flexible weekly schedules. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, performing maintenance and emergency repairs, and delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
