Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical in South Jersey is seeking an HVAC service technician to install, service, and repair home systems in customers' residences. You will use company-provided training, work with a professional team, and contribute to reliable, quality service for homeowners across the Tri-State area.

This full-time role offers a competitive $30–$45 per hour, a $6,000 sign-on bonus, no on-call shifts, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training as

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum HVAC experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with clean record
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and take pride in service

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of all tools, equipment, and materials for service on residential plumbing systems
• Ability to establish rapport with your customers and genuinely like being in the service industry
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Must be a confident self-starter who takes pride in your trade and contributes to our team
