Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical, located in PA and surrounding areas, is seeking HVAC technicians to service and repair residential systems in clients' homes. The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused approach.

The position includes ongoing training, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges from $30 to $45 per hour with additional commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials for service on residential plumbing systems
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Must be a confident self-starter who takes pride in your trade and contributes to our team
• Ability to establish rapport with customers and enjoy working in the service industry

Responsibilities

• Provide service and repairs to clients in their homes using company-provided training.
• Utilize ongoing training and education offered by the company.

No On Call - $6,000k Sign On Bonus
Rate: $30/hr to $45/hr
Plus commission and bonus
