Boston Standard is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems in Weymouth, MA. If you’re the one who can diagnose problems, calm an upset customer, and get the system running right the first time, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Personal HVAC hand tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting the team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Complete service documentation accurately in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and personal inventory
• Follow all company safety standards and best practices
