Aire Serv is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a team that values people and performance. You will diagnose and service heating and cooling equipment, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a culture that rewards great work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
