Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County in Tennessee is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping customers. You will diagnose heating and cooling systems, propose solutions, and perform service with accuracy and care.

This role offers a pay range of $25-$30 per hour, weekly pay, a $5000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, a company vehicle, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
