Pelles Heating & Cooling Services in Mars, PA is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Tech to join a growing team. The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an on-call schedule and potential overtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. NATE certification is a plus as you diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems for homes and businesses.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS HVAC SERVICE TECH

As an HVAC Service Tech, you start each day ready to tackle a variety of challenges that keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round. You travel to customer locations, diagnose heating and cooling issues, perform repairs that restore comfort and efficiency, complete preventative maintenance to help avoid costly breakdowns, and ensure HVAC systems operate at peak performance. Throughout the day, you use your technical expertise to service existing equipment, provide reliable solutions for customers, and lead installation projects that meet our high standards for quality workmanship. Every call presents a new opportunity to solve problems, make a difference for customers, and showcase the skills that make you a valuable member of the Pelles Heating & Cooling Services team.
