• 3+ years of Residential HVAC service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Follow HVAC safety guidelines and meet local codes.
• Remove old systems and install new systems as per installation checklist.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Train install helpers assigned to assist you.
• Keep customers informed about ongoing work and solutions.
• Maintain truck inventory for optimal efficiency.
• Promote our brand and maintain positive customer relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have an active and valid HVAC Journeyman License in the state of Kentucky
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 3+ years of Residential HVAC service experience
