ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring skilled HVAC technicians in Virginia to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential systems with strong support and training. This full-time, year-round position offers pay ranging from $75,000 to $120,000+ annually, plus commission opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience and interview performance.
