Qualifications

• EPA Certified required.
• Kentucky Journeyman License or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience preferred but not required with manager’s approval in HVAC service issues.

Responsibilities

• Create a care culture and positive customer experience on every service call.
• Perform HVAC inspections and health/safety checklist with written findings.
• Present repair options with cost using the options sheet.
• Mentor and develop technicians to meet performance metrics.
• Ensure proper documentation and proper handling of warranties and parts.
