Kingfisher Recruiting is assisting in recruiting an HVAC Sales Representative for a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor in New Jersey. The role focuses on selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, industrial parks, property management, and retail facilities across Central and Northern NJ.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a car allowance, with potential earnings well

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Open to candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
• Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195).
• Confidential communications throughout the process.
