Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience; others with related building systems sales backgrounds will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience
• Will consider candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management and Retail facilities.
• Develop and grow the NJ Central & Northern region with uncapped commission potential.
