Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dynamic HVAC Sales Representative to cover Central & Northern New Jersey. You will sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities, building a regional client base with uncapped commissions and a base salary plus car allowance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales, building systems sales experience, and a willingness to leverage

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Open to candidates with other building systems sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
• Develop and manage a regional client base across Central & Northern NJ and close deals through base salary plus uncapped commissions and car allowance.
