Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills with refrigerant systems, electrical components, airflow, and system performance.
• You must be comfortable recommending and presenting solutions!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and financially driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily appointments.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• A commitment to honest recommendations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run approximately 3–5 residential HVAC service and maintenance appointments daily.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Identify and recommend system replacements, ductwork improvements, IAQ solutions, surge protection, and other comfort upgrades.
• Present repair and replacement options confidently and professionally.
• Educate homeowners on solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and air quality.
• Build trust with customers and maximize legitimate sales opportunities on every call.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and a clean, professional company vehicle.
