Global Cooling, a high-performance HVAC team in Florida, is seeking an experienced full-time HVAC Sales / Service Technician with at least three years of verifiable residential HVAC experience. You will diagnose and repair systems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and propose repair, replacement, and indoor air quality options while earning through performance-driven compensation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable residential HVAC service and technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, ductwork, system setup, service and repair.
• EPA certification required and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of issues and solutions.
• Present repair options, system replacements, and HVAC accessories when appropriate.
• Confidently discuss pricing and ask customers to move forward.
• Identify opportunities for indoor air quality products and system enhancements.
• Follow up with customers on estimates and sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, management, and office staff.
• Meet established company performance standards and KPIs.
