Varsity HVAC is seeking a Heating and Cooling Service Specialist to support the Murfreesboro and Dickson markets from our Franklin area operations. The role requires at least three years of HVAC service experience and a practical, customer-focused approach to repairs.

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, perform routine maintenance, and clearly explain recommended solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working directly in HVAC service.
• Strong diagnostic and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and customer-focused work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and evaluate the equipment.
• Test components, trace operating problems, and determine repairs.
• Explain recommendations clearly to customers.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and check system performance.
• Record observations, repairs, and parts usage; communicate with office staff.
