Under general direction, the HVAC Truck Based Service Manager manages the service team, service assets, and execution of the truck‑based business. The role is responsible for growing labor and material business, delivering customer satisfaction plans, and supporting revenue, gross margin, and service asset management. Success in this role comes from strong leadership, disciplined business planning, and a consistent focus on team development and customer outcomes.
Lead with accountability, safety, and integrity so the team knows what success looks like and how to deliver it. Stay close to the work by reviewing operations, proposals, and financial results regularly, then remove obstacles that slow the team or affect the customer. Use monthly one‑on‑ones, operational reviews, and clear performance expectations to build a culture of coaching, candor, and continuous improvement. Work as one team with Sales, matrix partners, and field leaders to balance account ownership, resource needs, and customer commitments. Apply standardized tools, systems, and service processes consistently so execution is reliable, measurable, and cost effective. Make decisions based on service performance, pricing, gross margin, and customer feedback, then adjust quickly when results need to improve.
$89,400K-$125,000. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
