Style Crest is seeking a regional HVAC Service & Operations Manager to lead service and installation operations across Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas. This role emphasizes improving field execution, delivering a superior customer experience, and driving growth while coordinating with local teams and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in HVAC service/installation, proven leadership in field-based settings, and strong oversight of scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience.
- Proven success leading teams in a field-based or service environment.
- EPA certification required. Master Mechanical license preferred.
- Willingness to obtain or maintain state HVAC/Electrical licenses (if applicable).
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
Responsibilities
- Full leadership of HVAC service and installation operations across Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

Style Crest is seeking a regional HVAC Service & Operations Manager to support and strengthen our service and installation operations across the Royal Durham Business Unit.

- Performance, productivity, and development of technicians, installers, and service coordinators
- The customer experience end-to-end, from scheduling to installation to billing

- Continuous improvement of processes, systems, and field execution
- Expand and strengthen the HVAC service business across the region
- Partner with sales and leadership to increase revenue and customer retention

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and installation practices
