You will drive service excellence through coaching, process improvements, and data‑driven leadership, managing daily workflow, payroll with ServiceTitan, and staying current with HVAC technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience with leadership exposure.
• 2+ years commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with payroll or scheduler software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team with focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Set and enforce high service standards; manage follow-up and issue resolution.
• Train technicians on communication, professionalism, and customer engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, improve profitability, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee daily service operations including scheduling and payroll with ServiceTitan.
