SoGood Plumbing, Heating & Air in the Richmond area seeks a proven leader to coach service technicians, build customer rapport, optimize service calls, and elevate technical skills across the field.

You will mentor technicians, drive revenue goals, conduct ride-alongs, and provide HVAC expertise to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and as needed trainings with technicians to develop their service skills.
• Understand sales criteria and hold your team to exceed revenue goals.
• Conduct ride alongs with service technicians and debrief with them afterward.
• Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
• Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Provide technical support for anything and everything HVAC.
