Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric in Tampa, FL is seeking an HVAC Operations Manager to lead daily field operations, train staff, and oversee safety, vendor relations, and performance. You will ensure technicians deliver outstanding service while driving efficiency and growth.

This role emphasizes building a culture of excellence, scaling service delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• In-depth HVAC systems knowledge.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience handling customer escalations.
• Ability to grow business in the private sector.
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC/Process systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC design basics and material costs.
• Positive, energetic attitude to drive sales and growth.
• Proficiency with multi-tasking and prioritization.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.

• Monitor call backs and warranties.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with 100% satisfaction.
• No on-call needed.

What Will I Do?

Do I Have What It Takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred


• An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems


• Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced


• Proven experience of handling customer escalations


• Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector


• Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings


• Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs


• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth


• Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines


• Service Titan experience preferred
