Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview is seeking an HVAC Service Manager for residential services in the United States. You will lead and manage the HVAC service team, overseeing hiring, scheduling, training, and performance coaching to deliver safe, high-quality work.

You’ll monitor labor costs and budgets, resolve customer issues, coordinate with dispatch, inspect job sites, enforce safety, and provide ongoing training to technicians, driving KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage people, operations, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and coaching.

• Ability to manage people, operations, and budgets effectively

• Must pass background and drug screening
