Job summary

Denillo Heating & Cooling in Pittsburgh (Bethel Park area) is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. You will coach technicians, provide technical support, conduct ride-alongs, and manage daily operations while upholding high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC experience with 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with Service Titan dispatching software (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with a positive, motivating attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• A genuine desire for continuous improvement - both personally and for your team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our team of service and installation technicians.
• Provide technical support and conduct ride-alongs, job site visits, and quality audits.
• Oversee daily operations, dispatching, and technician performance.
• Build and maintain a strong training program to help technicians grow their skills.
• Work closely with dispatchers to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial goals, review work orders, and ensure company policies are followed.
• Manage larger projects and keep them on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams as a senior company representative.
• Help maintain a positive, productive culture through regular team meetings.

What We Offer You:

• Competitive Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (salary + bonus, based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends may be required for urgent matters)
