Job Description

• Leading a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, maintenance, and customer service
• Ensure processes & procedures are performed properly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing service schedules and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and productivity
• Creating and presenting technical training programs for technicians
• Overseeing inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of equipment and parts
• Contribute to top line revenue by educating technicians of all available accessories and services clients will benefit from.
• Coach service technicians on best practices to provide a top-level customer experience.
• Identify and ensure technicians have the required minimum tools to perform their duties.
• Maintaining staffing levels and recruiting and hiring capable field technicians
• Monitoring employee performance and evaluating staff to determine training requirements
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, accurate reporting.
