HVAC Service Manager

Latham, NY (commutable from: Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Colonie, Saratoga Springs)

Are you an experienced HVAC Service Manager from a commercial background, looking to play a pivotal role where you can develop and grow a team, whilst shaping the department?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Service Manager to mold and take control of the HVAC department whilst receiving specialist on training on in house processes and software's and oversee a team of HVAC Technician experts.

This company are an industry leading organization, with ambitious growth plans for the future! You will be met with a variety of challenges, with no working day being the same as you take advantage of this unique experience, with progression to Director up for grabs.

You will be responsible for managing a team of HVAC Technicians, making sure all customer and client needs are met, building and maintaining relationships with customers and making sure business is running efficiently.

This role would suit a HVAC service Manager from a commercial background with strong leadership experience, looking to widen their skill set and knowledge with the desire to come in and hit the ground running.
