Job summary

Teklysium Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead the service team in Baltimore, MD. You will manage technicians, resolve technical issues, and ensure the department operates efficiently.

You will schedule dispatch, support technicians, train staff, handle customer concerns, and track performance and revenue while enforcing safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Manager or supervisor.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred.
• Experience using service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
