Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our Service Department with a focus on excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. The role involves growing demand service operations, developing customer relationships, and driving departmental performance in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Service Department, modeling and enforcing company values and customer-first philosophy.
  • Set expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional communication.
  • Manage performance to meet financial goals and KPIs.
  • Develop future leaders via training and mentorship.
  • Plan and execute marketing, incentive, and lead generation activities.
  • Oversee dispatching, fleet maintenance, safety, inventory, pricing, and labor control.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to align department goals with company strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in HVAC Service Management or field leadership.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and customer service skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC operations.
  • Proficiency with software tools and KPI tracking.
