Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead HVAC service department including technician schedules, training, and mentoring.
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates as necessary.
• Lead internal and external sales efforts for location.

Skills

Proven HVAC industry knowledge

Ability to lead multiple ongoing initiatives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer proficiencies in the Microsoft suite of products

Education
