Qualifications

• HVAC experience required, apprentice through journeyman considered.
• EPA certification and journeyman license preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment.
• Perform full system installs, retrofits, and change-outs.
• Fabricate, install, and modify ductwork.
• Complete seasonal maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in home or business.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and work orders.
• Work safely and professionally in various environments.

We’re currently accepting applications for experienced apprentices, journeyman technicians, and individuals with hands-on HVAC experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of installation, service work, troubleshooting, and ductwork, and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
