Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. You will work on-site with a team, performing preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and diagnostics while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will receive training and development opportunities, with potential for growth and advancement across our nationwide offices. A valid driver’s license and strong safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC trade school diploma strongly preferred with 3.5 GPA and good attendance.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal preferred; NATE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime/weekend work possible.
