This is an hourly non‑exempt role. Salary ranges between $33,000 and $41,000 annually, depending on geography, experience, education, and performance. Employees are not eligible for a bonus but earn overtime when working more than 40 hours in a week, or as required by state law.
Subject to eligibility requirements, benefits include tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, short‑term disability insurance, 8 weeks paid birthing leave, 2 weeks paid bonding leave, life and long‑term disability insurance.
