Lloyd Plumbing, Heating, Air, Electrical in Montpelier, VT is seeking HVAC Service Apprentices (entry-level welcomed). You will assist lead technicians with diagnosis and repair, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain tools and vehicles.

The role offers competitive pay of $18-20 per hour, paid time off, and company-provided uniforms, iPad/iPhone, and paid training with a 2-year payback agreement. Must have valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior experience as an HVAC Apprentice (PREFERRED, not required).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in various environments and weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead service technician with the diagnosis and repair of heating and cooling systems including furnaces, boilers and heat pumps.
• Help troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles.
