Competitive Salary Range: The compensation for this position falls within the range of $40,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Big Task
Support HVAC Service Techs in the maintenance, operation, and repair of HVAC systems.

Key Sub Tasks

• Assist Lead HVAC Technician to complete all general in-home service calls.
• Assist Lead HVAC Technician in troubleshooting and repair.
• Keep Technician’s truck and job site clean and organized.
• Maintain a high level of motivation and a “Can Do” attitude.

Desired Skills And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Ability to take direction and/or technical instruction.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, forward-thinking.
• Willingness to commit to continuing education.
