Position-specific benefits: Take-home van with paid drive time, participation in most locally offered training, and optional farm projects in slower seasons to help keep your hours up (otherwise, some weeks may be under 40). In peak season, expect 50 hours with overtime pay.

YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC SERVICE TECH

Each day as an HVAC Service Tech, you load up your take‑home van and roll to your first call ready to troubleshoot. You move confidently through residential and light-commercial spaces, diagnose efficiently, and perform repairs that last. When replacement is the best solution, you explain options and provide a new system estimate without pressure. Between calls, you keep your van and inventory dialed‑in, communicate updates, and finish the day knowing you delivered clean work and the right fix.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Varying shifts within business hours
• Overtime available
• Peak season: ~50 hours (including occasional Saturdays)
• Slow season: optional farm projects to maintain hours (without them, some weeks may be under 40)
• Paid drive time included with your take‑home van

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 5 years of HVAC repair & installation
• Valid driver's license
• Own tools
• Consistent first‑call repair results
• Repair‑first role; not a pure sales job (sales only if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfortable with texting and basic computer skills
• Ability to work, troubleshoot, and perform jobs with minimal supervision
• Flexible with hours - ready to stay late to finish when required
• Ability to work the occasional Saturday in peak season
