Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Monitor, program, and maintain energy management systems and associated controls.
• Operate and utilize diagnostic equipment, including balometers, velometers, ultrasonic flow meters, pressure differential meters, and other specialized HVAC instruments.
• Accurately identify system issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and instruction to Apprentice Technicians and fellow team members as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with customers and addressing their questions professionally.

The HVAC Senior Technician is responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Monitor, program, and maintain energy management systems and associated controls.
• Operate and utilize diagnostic and testing equipment, including balometers, velometers, ultrasonic flow meters, pressure differential meters, and other specialized HVAC instruments.
• Accurately identify system issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and instruction to Apprentice Technicians and fellow team members as needed.

Required Licenses And Certifications

• Oil Burner License
• Universal Refrigeration Recovery Certification
