The HVAC Senior Technical Advisor is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems and assisting other team members with technical questions. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, coaching abilities, and attention to detail to ensure that systems operate efficiently and effectively. The technician will interact with homeowners and business owners to explain issues and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction as well as building confidence in other team members through technical support. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
