The Lead HVAC Service Technician at K Komfort Heating & Cooling is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, and guiding teammates with technical questions to ensure quality service.
You will interact with homeowners, explain issues and options, and strive for customer satisfaction. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 Type II, and a valid driver's license are required, with ongoing training to stay current with codes and technology.

The technician will interact with homeowners and business owners to explain issues and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction as well as building confidence in other team members through technical support. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
