Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Foreman in Tallahassee, FL to lead our on-site maintenance team and uphold our resident-focused living experience. You will oversee work orders, diagnose HVAC issues, and ensure timely repairs while coordinating with vendors for larger projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive apartment maintenance experience with HVAC expertise, strong leadership, and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in apartment maintenance.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach team.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed.
• Provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance team to complete work orders and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in the community.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for larger projects and make-ready units.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
