• Provide technical support to HVAC service technicians and contractors via phone and email.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment, installation questions, startup support, and service inquiries.
• Research HVAC equipment and identify replacement parts using model numbers, serials, schematics, and manufacturer docs.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
• Prepare parts quotations, process orders, and communicate pricing and availability.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve customer requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical support cases, parts orders, and customer communications.
• Independently manage multiple requests and follow through to completion.
• Serve as a critical resource for field technicians requiring technical assistance.
