Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical in the NJ/PA/DE tri-state area is seeking a Comfort Consultant to connect homeowners with heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements.

You will travel in a company-provided vehicle to pre-set appointments, promote services, and close deals. The role offers steady, year-round work with benefits and strong earning potential based on commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience selling residential services in home. Some locations may require HVAC specific experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements.
• Travel to pre-set appointments in a company vehicle.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and customer-focused service delivery.
• Be willing to work long hours and weekends as needed.
• Access attics and crawl spaces as part of installations or inspections.

Responsibilities/Experience:

• Prior experience selling residential services in home. Some locations may require HVAC specific experience.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company provided work vehicle.
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis.
