Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the North Texas sales team with planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Drive specification activity with engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage performance of the sales team.
• Maintain active customer calls, visits, and pipeline management to grow revenue and profitability.
• Represent HTS at industry events and promote cross-functional collaboration.
