We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a nationally recognized HVAC company seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead a high-performing residential sales team based in Kennesaw, Georgia.

About the Role

As the HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 55 Comfort Advisors and be responsible for driving top-line growth, sales training, performance management, and customer experience excellence.

This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership with full accountability for team performance and revenue production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a large residential sales team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Analyze team KPIs and implement actionable strategies for growth
• Partner closely with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and close ratios
• Reinforce a culture of professionalism, urgency, and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier sales talent
• Report weekly metrics to senior leadership and help shape future growth strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or home services sales leadership
• Proven track record managing large sales teams (ideally 25+ reps)
• Deep understanding of the in-home sales process and financing tools
• Strong data orientation; ability to track performance and forecast trends
