Qualifications

• Five years HVACR sales/estimating experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVACR systems.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word; Timberline-Sage experience.
• Knowledge of current building codes and energy codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow current customer relationships while acquiring new accounts.
• Serve as the point of contact for current and new accounts.
• Conduct site visits and verify conditions prior to estimating.
• Generate accurate estimates and professional proposals using Timberline-Sage.
• Select appropriate HVACR and control equipment.
• Collaborate to resolve issues with customers and schedule constraints.
• Coordinate with HD estimators and engineers.
• Respond to bid requests and timely proposals.
