Jordan Air + Heat + Plumbing in Crawford, GA is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform emergency repairs to keep customers comfortable and safe. We require at least 2 years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations
• Track repairs and work in ServiceTitan
• Engage with customers to explain issues and solutions and upsell where appropriate

What You'll Do

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

What You Need

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
