Qualifications

• HVAC/R experience required in restaurant settings.
• Oven/hot equipment repairs experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call duties.
• Background check and drug screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on units and ovens.
• Repair walk-in/reach-in coolers and plumbing/electrical issues.
• Generate and manage work orders; report progress to management.
