Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex residential HVAC systems.
• Solid background in service, maintenance and repair work.
• Deep understanding of electrical schematics (high and low voltage) and refrigerant systems.
• Experience with communicating/inverter-driven systems is a major plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and EPA Universal Certification.

What You’ll Do

As our Diagnostic Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair.

• Diagnose & Repair: Accurately troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, and AC systems.
• Solve, Don't Guess: Perform thorough, accurate system evaluations to find the root cause of issues (no guesswork, no lazy "condemning" of working units).
• Electrical & Refrigerant Troubleshooting: Solve complex low-voltage, high-voltage, and refrigerant cycle problems.
• Transparent Communication: Speak clearly and honestly with homeowners about their options, helping them understand the repair without using slick sales scripts.
