Position Summary

Must be able to work on-call as scheduled. The role involves servicing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is driven to succeed and can work independently. Responsibilities include timely servicing of HVAC issues, troubleshooting, and repairing systems such as heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers. The technician will perform scheduled maintenance, suggest improvements, and carry out repairs and modifications.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 3 years of field experience in residential HVAC service
• Universal EPA certification
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Trade school degree is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude, cooperative spirit, and excellent attendance
• Ability to work well with colleagues, customers, and the public
• Proper use of safety and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

The physical demands and environment for this role include:

• Work in indoor and outdoor settings under various weather conditions
• Extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping, and climbing
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.
