Job summary

W3Global Inc. is seeking a dependable HVAC Service Technician in Boise, ID for a full-time, onsite role. Work schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional overtime. Compensation ranges from $25-$35/hour DOE, plus SPIF incentives and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, while upholding safety and quality standards. Paid training and a benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
• Registered Idaho HVAC Journeyman OR Apprentice with 2,000+ hours
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC system failures.
• Repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot refrigerant, airflow, electrical, thermostat, and system performance issues.
• Install replacement components and perform system adjustments.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers.
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools.
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional service.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, office staff, and fellow technicians.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at every customer interaction.
