Carrier is seeking a Rental HVAC Branch Associate to operate under moderate supervision, driving to customer sites and delivering, installing, and training on portable A/C and heating equipment. You will troubleshoot issues and ensure fleet readiness while maintaining paperwork and warehouse organization.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service, a valid license, and physical ability to lift heavy loads; strong communication and organization are valued traits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to climb a 10 ft ladder.

Responsibilities

• Extensive driving to multiple customer sites daily.
• Deliver, pick up and install rental portable A/C and heating equipment.
• Provide product and technical support under moderate supervision.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers.
• Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions per specs.
• Maintain fleet, accessories, and cleanliness.
• Keep warehouse and trucks organized for optimal efficiency.
• Complete paperwork and rental/sales agreements per policy.
