Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Atlantic City, New Jersey, seeks a maintenance technician to service mechanical and electrical systems, including high, medium, and low temperature units, and to perform repairs and installations.

You will read blueprints, work on piping and drainage, and assist with Apprentice Engineer training. The role requires equipment troubleshooting, routine maintenance calls, and adaptability in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Refrigerant Certification I and II required.
• Experience with evacuating systems and changing compressors required.
• Previous Plumbing/Mechanical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems including high, medium, and low temperature units.
• Repair and adjust equipment as required.
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and drainage per specifications and applicable codes; assist with training of the Apprentice Engineer.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Change and install air filters as required.
• Maintain air handling units.
• Respond to routine maintenance calls; assist with other duties as assigned.

• Installs and repairs pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems as per specifications and applicable codes. Assists with training of the Apprentice Engineer.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

• Responds to routine maintenance calls as required.
• Other Duties as assigned

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Target Salary Range:

$31.45 Hourly
